Prayer For Those Without Water | With Bible Verses

Dear Heavenly Father,


We come before you with heavy hearts, mindful of those who are suffering due to the lack of water. We know that water is essential for life, and we lift up those who are in need of this basic necessity. As we pray, we are reminded of your promises in the scriptures:



Isaiah 41:17: ‘The poor and needy search for water, but there is none; their tongues are parched with thirst. But I the Lord will answer them; I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them.’



We ask for your mercy and provision, recalling your words in Psalm 104:10-13: ‘He makes springs pour water into the ravines; it flows between the mountains.


They give water to all the beasts of the field; the wild donkeys quench their thirst. The birds of the sky nest by the waters; they sing among the branches. He waters the mountains from his upper chambers; the land is satisfied by the fruit of his work.’



We pray that, just as you provided water for the Israelites in the desert, you will provide for those in need today. We ask for your guidance and wisdom for those seeking solutions to this crisis, and we pray for the strength and resilience of those affected.



In the name of Jesus we humbly pray.
