Prayer For Those Without Clothes | With Bible Verses

Dear Heavenly Father,


We come before you with humble hearts, mindful of those without clothing and in need. Your word in Isaiah 58:7 reminds us: ‘Is it not to share your bread with the hungry and bring the homeless poor into your house; when you see the naked, to cover him, and not to hide yourself from your own flesh?’


We ask for your compassion and provision for those who lack clothing, that they may be clothed in dignity and warmth. May we be moved by your command in Deuteronomy 15:11: ‘There will always be poor people in the land.


Therefore I command you to be openhanded toward your fellow Israelites who are poor and needy in your land.’ Grant us the wisdom and generosity to help those in need, for as it says in Proverbs 19:17: ‘Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will reward them for what they have done.’


In your mercy, provide for them, and guide us to be instruments of your love and care.


In Jesus’s name we pray!
