Night Prayer For Protection With Bible Verses
Dear Heavenly Father,
As night falls and darkness surrounds me, I come to You, seeking Your divine protection. Your Word in Psalm 121:3 assures me, "He will not let your foot be moved; he who keeps you will not slumber." I find comfort in knowing that You are always vigilant, watching over me and guarding me in every moment.
Lord, I acknowledge my vulnerability and the dangers that lurk in the shadows. Your Word in Psalm 91:1-2 declares, "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, 'My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'" I take refuge in You, my Almighty God, knowing that You are my strong fortress and my safe haven.
Father, I pray for protection against evil and harm. Your Word in Psalm 91:4 assures me, "He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler." I seek shelter under Your wings, where I find solace and security. I trust in Your faithfulness to shield me from all harm.
Lord, I ask for protection in my sleep and in my dreams. Your Word in Proverbs 3:24 promises, "If you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet." I surrender my worries and anxieties to You, knowing that You grant peaceful and restful sleep to Your beloved children. Guard my mind and heart as I rest, so that I may awake refreshed and strengthened.
Father, I pray for protection over my loved ones. Your Word in Psalm 127:1 reminds me, "Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchman stays awake in vain." I entrust my family and friends into Your loving care, knowing that You are their ultimate protector. Surround them with Your angels and keep them safe from harm.
Lord, I pray for protection from fear and anxiety that can haunt me at night. Your Word in Isaiah 41:10 assures me, "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." I choose to trust in Your presence and Your promise to strengthen and uphold me. Grant me peace that surpasses all understanding.
Father, I thank You for Your unwavering protection and love. Your Word in Psalm 18:2 declares, "The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold." I take refuge in You, my Rock, knowing that You are my ultimate defense and deliverer.
In the stillness of the night, I find solace in Your presence. Your Word in Psalm 4:8 assures me, "In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety." I rest in Your arms, knowing that You are my true source of safety and peace.
