Prayer Of Deliverance From The Bondage Of Sin | With Bible Verses
Heavenly Father,
I come before You today with a heart filled with a deep longing for freedom and healing, not just for myself but for all those trapped in the bondages of sin and pain. Lord, I know that You are a God of mercy, compassion, and power, and I seek Your divine intervention to break every chain that binds Your children.
In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, I plead the blood of Jesus over myself and over all those who are suffering in silence. Your Word tells us that the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7) and speaks a better word than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24). I declare that the blood of Jesus forms an impenetrable shield around each person, protecting them from the enemy’s attempts to keep them in bondage. Let the blood of Jesus wash over every wound, every sin, and every form of captivity, bringing healing, restoration, and freedom.
Lord, You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2). Your Word in Psalm 91:4 says, "He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart." I pray that every person seeking deliverance will find refuge under Your wings. Let Your faithfulness be their shield, guarding their hearts and minds against the lies and deceptions that have kept them bound.
Your Word is a powerful and living force, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). I declare Your Word over the lives of all those seeking deliverance, believing that it will not return to You empty but will accomplish Your purpose (Isaiah 55:11). I speak the words of Psalm 91 over them: "Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.' Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence."
God of fire, I call upon Your holy fire to consume and destroy every scheme of the enemy aimed at keeping Your children in bondage. Just as You answered by fire on Mount Carmel (1 Kings 18:38), I ask that You manifest Your power now. Let Your fire purify and cleanse us from the inside out, burning away every unclean influence and setting us free from the chains of sin and oppression.
Your Word in Isaiah 54:17 declares, "No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn." I stand on this promise and declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper. Every plan and plot of the enemy to exploit and harm us will be thwarted by Your mighty hand. Surround us with Your heavenly armies, protecting us from all evil.
Lord, You are a righteous judge who loves justice (Psalm 33:5). I ask that You intervene in our situations with Your justice and righteousness. Bring to light every hidden thing, expose every lie, and bring truth and healing into the depths of our beings. Give us the courage and strength to confront and overcome every sin and bondage, trusting in Your power to deliver and restore.
Father, I pray for all those who have been involved in causing harm, whether knowingly or unknowingly. I ask that You bring them to repentance and transformation. Open their eyes to the harm they have caused, soften their hearts, and lead them to turn away from their sin. Let Your kindness lead them to repentance (Romans 2:4) and transform their lives by the power of Your Spirit.
God of mercy, I ask for Your healing touch upon our hearts, minds, and bodies. Your Word in Psalm 147:3 says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Heal every wound, mend every broken place, and restore us to wholeness. Surround us with Your love and give us peace that surpasses all understanding.
I declare Psalm 23 over our lives: "The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake." Be our shepherd, Lord, leading us out of the dark valleys and into the light of Your love and righteousness. Refresh our souls and guide us along the right paths.
I declare Psalm 121 over our lives: "The Lord will keep you from all harm—he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore." Be our guardian and protector, watching over us day and night. Keep us safe from all harm and danger, guiding our steps and guarding our paths as we walk towards healing and freedom.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer for deliverance. I trust in Your unfailing love and Your mighty power to deliver and save. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
